Job summary

CNS Cares is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for private in-home care in Kingston, TN. Full-time and part-time hours are available with pay rates between $42.00 and $50.00 per hour.

12-hour shifts, days and nights, with every other weekend required for full-time. We offer benefits eligibility at 30+ hours per week, PTO, medical/dental/vision for full-time staff starting the 1st of the month, a 401K with company match after 60 days, supplemental insurance, and a focus on one-on-one patient care

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current hands-on BLS certification.
• TB test (2-step) or QuantiFERON available.
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients.
• Monitor patient health and report changes to supervisor.

Requirements

Ideal Candidates will:

Qualifications:

• Current license as a Registered Nurse - RN in the state(s) of practice
• Current hands-on BLS certification and TB test (2-step skin test or QuantiFERON blood draw)
• Valid Driver's License
