Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Jonesburg is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This full-time position covers day hours, with 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends in Jonesburg, Missouri.

The RN will provide comprehensive elder care, manage medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident outcomes. Applicants must hold an active Missouri RN license, have experience in long-term care or senior living, and be able to lift and position

Qualifications

• Current and in-good-standing RN licensure in Missouri.
• Experience working in long-term care, senior living, or related field preferred.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform wound care, and manage medical conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions; communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal care and service.
