Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Missouri.
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, resident-centered care, including assessment and care planning.
• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition; adapt care plans accordingly.
• Supervise CNAs and nursing staff to ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care, medications, and treatments.
• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance care quality.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers for comprehensive care.

Aspire Senior Living Advance, a skilled nursing facility located in Advance, Missouri, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. We are committed to delivering the highest quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and we are looking for an exceptional Registered Nurse (RN) to help us achieve our mission.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, resident-centered care to our seniors, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care strategies
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing staff to ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration and treatment plans
• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and service to our residents
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Missouri
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
