Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Jonesburg is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This full-time position covers day hours, with 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends in Jonesburg, Missouri.

The RN will provide comprehensive elder care, manage medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident outcomes. Applicants must hold an active Missouri RN license, have experience in long-term care or senior living, and be able to lift and position

Qualifications

Current and in-good-standing RN licensure in Missouri.
Experience working in long-term care, senior living, or related field preferred.
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform wound care, and manage medical conditions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions; communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal care and service.
