Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team at our Carthage, Texas community. The RN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and develop care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

The role requires an active RN license in Missouri per posting, BLS certification, ability to lift and stand for extended periods, and strong communication to support resident-centered care.

About the Role:

• Provide direct patient care to residents in our senior living community, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless care transitions and address concerns

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a safe and clean environment

Responsibilities:

• Assess and document resident needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate dosing and timing

• Counsel and educate residents and families on health-related topics, promoting independence and empowerment

• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to regulatory standards and company policies

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
