Job summary

Morgan Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for both full-time and part-time openings in Rhode Island. Shifts include 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am, with daily pay and a $12,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

As an RN you will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure care plans are followed. You will document accurately and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered RN license to practice in Rhode Island.
• Active BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards and care plans.
• Follow and implement nurse manager care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents, report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Adhere to infection control and nursing regulations.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Rhode Island.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
