Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee patient care aligned with physician orders and policies.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions; document changes.
• Manage EMR documentation related to patient assessment and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by staff.
