American Medical Administrators MGMT Company is seeking a Full Time Night Shift Nurse (RN) to provide attentive care from 6pm to 6am in a residential setting. The role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and maintaining residents' dignity while following care plans and physician orders.

Applicants should hold an unencumbered RN license, demonstrate strong communication, clinical judgment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care around the clock.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ health conditions and develop individualized care plans to address their medical and personal needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and promptly report any changes in condition to the appropriate staff member or physician.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families, providing education, support, and reassurance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Document patient progress, care interventions, and outcomes accurately using electronic medical records.
• Stay current with nursing best practices, clinical research, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills.
• Support a positive, family-like atmosphere through teamwork, compassion, and open communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure optimal resident care and facility operations.
