Job summary

The Oxford Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility in Haverhill, MA, is hiring Registered Nurses. As an RN, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to ensure quality care.

The position offers $42–$47 per hour with weekly pay and shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. Responsibilities include assessing residents, maintaining care plans, administering medications, documenting notes, and reporting findings

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Must have a current and active RN license in Massachusetts (or in process).
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
• Maintain current resident care plans.
• Render and/or assist with all nursing care, treatments, dressings, and physician orders.
• Transcribe physician’s orders promptly and accurately.
• Review patient records daily to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Document comprehensive nursing notes.
• Visit each resident daily to evaluate needs.
• Maintain awareness of residents on alert list.
• Document and report unusual findings; contact the physician when necessary.
• Administer medication according to procedure.
• Maintain safe control of all drugs.

Job Summary:

The Oxford Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility, is hiring RNs! As an RN at our center, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. $42 to $47 an hour with weekly pay, depending on the shift, including shift differentials. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials.

Responsibilities:

• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident
• Maintain current resident care plans
• Render and/or assist with complete nursing care, treatments, dressings, and other physician orders
• Transcribe physician’s orders promptly and accurately
• Review patient records daily to ensure accuracy and completeness

Requirements:
