Job summary

Aspen Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time and part-time roles across 7 am–3 pm, 3 pm–11 pm, and 11 pm–7 am shifts in Massachusetts. The role offers competitive hourly pay ($33–$55) with up to $2 shift differential and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with the plan of treatment and written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments as per care plan.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN)

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN)

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
