Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking Per Diem Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one care in Hartford County. RNs with acute care exposure (ICU, Med-Surg, ED) are preferred, with opportunities for day and overnight 12-hour shifts and RN visits.

Compensation includes $55.00 per hour for shifts and $150 per visit, with weekly direct deposit, flexible scheduling, and bonus opportunities. Active CT RN license, BLS, and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• 1 year RN experience in an acute care setting (home care a plus).
• Active CT RN License is required.
• Valid BLS Certification is required.
• Physical Exam within past year.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within past year; Chest X-ray if positive within 5 years.
• U.S. Work Authorization required.
• Driver’s License preferred.
