Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Hackensack, NJ, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to a client in the home in Hackensack, New Jersey.

This per diem, private-duty RN role offers day, evening, overnight and weekend assignments where available, with competitive pay. Join a supportive clinical and administrative team focused on compassionate, quality home care.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in acute care or home care.
• Minimum of 1 year of hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical examination within the past year.
• PPD/QuantiFERON within past year or chest X-ray within 5 years, if applicable.
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice

Per Diem | Private-Duty Home Care | Hackensack, NJ

Affirmed Home Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to a client in the comfort of their home in Hackensack, New Jersey.

This position is ideal for an RN who values meaningful patient relationships, compassionate care, and the opportunity to apply their clinical expertise in a home care setting.

Location: Hackensack, NJ 07601 and surrounding areas

Position Details

• Per diem position

• One-on-one private-duty home care

• Flexible scheduling based on client needs

• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend assignments may be available

• Pay:
  $55.00 per hour
  $125.00 per RN visit

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license

• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in acute care or home care preferred

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in hospice, palliative care, or end-of-life care

• Strong knowledge of end-of-life care, pain and symptom management, and comfort-focused care

• Current BLS certification

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Physical examination completed within the past year

• PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years, if applicable

• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
