Job summary

Sage Rehabilitation Hospital and Outpatient Services is now hiring Full-Time Registered Nurses for the Day Shift in Gonzales, LA. You will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation care, coordinate patient plans, and ensure timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Louisiana RN license.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities
