Job summary
Mid-City Community Nursing and Rehab in Baton Rouge is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for every other weekend. You will oversee weekend shifts and ensure high-quality patient care while mentoring staff and collaborating with management.
The role includes eligibility for the ESOP stock ownership plan and ongoing professional development opportunities to support your growth and contributions to the team.
Qualifications
- Current & active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana.
- Current CPR certification.
- Knowledge of EMR systems.
- Compassionate RN with strong time-management skills.
- Understanding of ESOP benefits and participation.
- Commitment to a positive, productive work environment.
