Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled, one-on-one in-home nursing care for former atomic energy workers and related populations in the Boulder, CO area. You will develop individualized care plans, document care activities, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate patient-centered outcomes.

This full-time night shift offers a nurse-led, mission-driven culture, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for mentorship and career

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in CO.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements.

Overview

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you are supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
