Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver skilled, in-home care to patients in Nucla, CO, supporting a mission-driven, nurse-led team focused on dignity and outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards. In-home care offers autonomy and flexibility with consistent scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of CO.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Overview

At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
