TeamWorkers Supplemental Staffing is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing facility. You will manage resident care during your shift, assign staff, mentor nursing personnel, and collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal outcomes.
The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in the state of practice, with at least one year of clinical experience, and CPR/BLS certification. Two years in SNF settings is highly preferred.

About The Role
As a Registered Nurse| RN, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. As a Registered Nurse | RN, you will also be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift; includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.
