The ideal candidate holds a Kansas RN license, a Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing, CPR certification, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Provide emotional support to residents and families.
• Educate residents and families about care plans and conditions.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of care provided.
