Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled, in-home nursing care for former atomic energy workers in Fruita, CO. You will work with a nurse-led team to provide one-on-one, patient-centered care in patients' homes.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, all while adhering to applicable regulations and standards. PTO, health benefits, and retirement options are provided for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of CO.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements.

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
