Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners provides in-home nursing care to former atomic energy workers, delivering skilled, one-on-one care directly in patients' homes. You will work with a nurse-led team that prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes, under a mission-driven, supportive culture.

The RN position offers full-time 12-hour shifts (every other weekend), PTO, health insurance for full-time staff, a 401(k) option, EAP, and opportunities for mentorship and career growth in home care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Colorado
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license with reliable, insured vehicle
• Home health experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients
• Develop and follow individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements

At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you are supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

Compensation

$50.00/hr

*$3/hr shift differential for nights and weekends

Shifts:

• Full-Time, 12 hour shifts, every other weekend availability
