Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in San Diego, CA is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one in-home care to former atomic energy workers. You will develop and follow individualized care plans, document care and observations, and collaborate with a nurse-led team to ensure dignity and positive outcomes.

This part-time role offers 12-hour shifts Mondays 7am-7pm, PTO, health insurance for full-time, 401(k), EAP, and opportunities for training and career growth in home care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in CA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.

• Accurately document care, observations, and updates.

Job description

At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you are supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

Compensation

$61.00-$64.00/hr

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

Shifts: PT - 12 hour shift weekly on Mondays 7a-7p
