Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team at a beautifully renovated skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in New Jersey.

You will provide high-quality nursing care, assess and update care plans, administer medications, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and ensure regulatory compliance. We offer full-time, part-time and per diem opportunities with daily pay and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey RN license.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Ability to follow all regulatory and facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor resident conditions and document changes accurately.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs in delivering care.
• Communicate changes in resident condition with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
• Promote resident dignity, safety, and quality of life.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities
