Job summary

Complete Care in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our recently renovated skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem opportunities available; we value compassionate, resident-centered care and teamwork.

You will administer medications, assess and plan care, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering quality resident-focused outcomes in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey RN license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Ability to follow all regulatory and facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor resident conditions and accurately document changes.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs in delivering exceptional resident care.
• Communicate changes in resident condition with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
• Promote resident dignity, safety, and quality of life.
• Foster a positive, resident-centered environment.
