Complete Care, Inc. is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey to join our skilled nursing team.

You will provide compassionate, resident-centered care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support daily living and well-being. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities with competitive pay ($42.00–$52.00/hour), comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and flexible scheduling

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey RN license.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Ability to follow all regulatory and facility standards.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care and support residents’ well-being.
• Assess, plan, and implement resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor and document resident conditions accurately and timely.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs in daily care delivery.
• Communicate changes in condition to the care team.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Promote dignity, safety, and quality of life for all residents.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care and supporting residents’ overall well-being. Assessing, planning, and implementing resident care plans. Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders. Monitoring and documenting resident conditions accurately and timely. Supervising and supporting LPNs and CNAs in daily care delivery. Communicating changes in condition to the interdisciplinary care team. Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations. Promoting dignity, safety, and quality of life for all residents.
