Job summary

Complete Care seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team in New Jersey. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, assess and implement care plans, administer medications, and supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure resident well-being.

Responsibilities

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care and supporting residents’ overall well-being. Assessing, planning, and implementing resident care plans. Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders. Monitoring and documenting resident conditions accurately and timely. Supervising and supporting LPNs and CNAs in daily care delivery. Communicating changes in condition to the interdisciplinary care team. Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations. Promoting dignity, safety, and quality of life for all residents.

Qualifications

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
