Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Aviata at The Harbor in Safety Harbor, FL. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating resident care, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

This FT night shift (7p–7a) offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Qualified candidates hold an active Florida RN license and preferred experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and regulations.
• Follows facility policies and coordinates resident care with other personnel.
• Supervises CNAs during shift, assigns work, and ensures standards are met.

Major Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.

• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.

• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.

• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
