Job summary

Aviata at Sand Key in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise staff and coordinate resident care in a family/team environment. Newly licensed RNs are welcome, and the role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care across shifts.

We offer 12-hour shifts (FT Day and Night) with a bi-weekly $225 bonus, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family. Additional holiday pay and overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active RN license in the state.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/ Rehab settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates resident care with facility personnel and policies.
• Oversees CNAs during shifts, assigns tasks, and ensures quality of care.

Major Responsibilities - Registered Nurse

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications- Registered Nurse

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
