Job summary

SMP Health – St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South in Fargo, ND is hiring Registered Nurses to lead clinical care on our long-term care units.

You will assess residents, coordinate care plans, administer medications, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and collaborate with physicians to ensure safety and quality of life. SMP Health is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our teams at St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership, coordinate resident care, and support positive outcomes for the residents we serve.

Pay & Benefits

$38.00 – $42.00 per hour

Plus shift differentials:

• $3.00/hour PM shift differential
• $4.00/hour NOC shift differential
