Cedar Court Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Ingleside/Colony Court Senior Living in Fairmont, MN. This PRN, part-time role offers competitive hourly pay and community-based responsibilities focused on high-quality resident care.

You will oversee care plans, medication management, and regulatory compliance, working with a team and leadership to support daily operations in a senior living setting. New grads welcome to apply, English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Minnesota RN license.
• Experience in an assisted living environment.
• Fluent reading, writing and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care plans, medication management, documentation, and regulatory compliance for assisted living licensure.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to assess residents and develop health/service plans.
• Supervise and train unlicensed staff, coordinate staffing and on-call support.
• Assist with resident admissions and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to emergencies and support daily community operations.
