Job summary

Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for Emory Dialysis at North Decatur in Decatur, GA. A sign-on bonus up to $13,000 is offered based on experience and qualifications.

The RN will provide dialysis care, collaborate with physicians, and supervise team members in a fast-paced unit. Free to work a flexible schedule, the role requires current RN licensure in GA, computer skills, and strong bedside manner.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed.
• Computer skills.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Employee must successfully pass the Ishihara's Color Blind Test.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provides prescribed medical treatment and dialysis treatment to the clients of the unit.
• Renders highly professional and technical nursing care to the dialysis patients.
• Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Directs and supervises other team members.
• Collaborates with the physicians and the multidisciplinary team members to achieve the highest standards of care specific to the age/developmental status of the patient.
• Ensures a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies, procedures and standards of care.
• This position requires frequent and prolonged periods of standing and bending.
