Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join Emory Dialysis at North Decatur in Decatur, GA.

You will provide dialysis treatments and direct patient care while collaborating with physicians and the care team to maintain high standards. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and Georgia RN licensure, a flexible schedule, excellent bedside manner, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Employee must successfully pass Ishihara color vision test.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provides prescribed medical treatment and dialysis treatment to the clients of the unit.
• Renders highly professional and technical nursing care to the dialysis patients.
• Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Directs and supervises other team members.
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to achieve high standards of care.
• Ensures a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies and standards.
• Position requires frequent and prolonged standing and bending.
