Job summary

One You Love Homecare Lakeland is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee individualized care plans for clients receiving non‑medical home care services. The role includes supervisory visits, caregiver training, and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

The RN will assess clients, update plans as conditions change, train staff, and document all activities while coordinating with families and team members to maintain high‑quality, client‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience, home care or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the development, review, and oversight of individualized care plans for clients receiving non-medical home care services. This role includes supervisory visits, caregiver training, and quality assurance responsibilities. The RN ensures that care provided is consistent with the client’s needs and adheres to regulatory and agency standards.
