Job summary

The Brentwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time and PRN shifts in Danvers, MA. The full-time schedule includes 7 am - 3 pm hours, with optional PRN coverage across 7 am - 3 pm, 3 pm - 11 pm, and 11 pm - 7 am shifts.

Compensation ranges from $35-$45 per hour (all inclusive) with up to a $3.50 shift differential. A $6,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time staff. Daily pay is available as an added benefit.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts LPN license active and unencumbered.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to care for multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and the plan of care.
• Follow individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care and facility policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.
