Job summary

Complete Care at Groton Regency in Groton, CT is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care in a long-term care setting. We offer full-time and part-time options, competitive salary, and sign-on bonuses of $5,000 for FT 40hrs or $4,000 for FT 32hrs, with Baylor schedules available on weekends and optional benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication to residents in accordance with their care plan.
• Perform treatments as assigned per physician’s orders within scope of practice.
• Accurately report and record resident condition and care including signs and symptoms indicating change.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
