Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled, in-home nursing care to patients in Nashville, Tennessee, including those connected to DOE or Nuclear Energy programs. You will deliver one-on-one, patient-centered care with a nurse-led team.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, documenting care, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams while adhering to state and federal regulations. A Tennessee RN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
