Wellspring Lutheran Services in Frankenmuth, MI is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting. You will lead care plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and advocate for residents and their families every day.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain CPR certification.
• Nursing experience in skilled nursing, home health, medical-surgical, critical care, or related settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to resident-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities
