Job summary

PurposeCare is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest, serving over 3,000 clients monthly. We offer flexible scheduling, autonomy in clinical decisions, and opportunities to grow through training and development.

Work is performed in patients' homes with supportive technology and a mission to improve lives in the community. We are hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse for part-time service in Madison County.

Qualifications

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
• 1 year of nursing experience is required - home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled visits in patients' homes with autonomy and clinical decision-making.
• Manage caseload with flexible scheduling for better work-life balance.
• Maintain accurate visit documentation and patient records.
