Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to support patients in their homes across Michigan. You will provide direct nursing care, assess needs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain and improve quality of life.

The role requires an active RN license in the state, at least two years of RN experience (home health preferred), a current driver’s license, CPR/BCLS certification, and a patient‑centered approach. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
