Advantage Nursing Services is seeking Homecare Nurses for flexible PRN, part-time, and full-time shifts in Centralia, IL. Earn $35–$37 per hour with weekly pay, benefits, and 24/7 RN support. No pediatric experience required; all qualified nurses welcome to apply.
Responsibilities include 1 on 1 patient care, following physician care plans, monitoring vitals, and documenting charts to support quality at-home care for children and adults.

- Active IL nursing license required.
- Current CPR certification required.
