Advantage Nursing Services is seeking Home Care Nurses for day shifts in Chicago, IL 60639. The schedule includes Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, with full-time, part-time, and PRN hours available immediately.

No pediatric or home care experience required, and the company offers weekly pay with direct deposit, paid vacation, 24/7 RN support, health benefits, and a nurse referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• Active IL nursing license required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 Patient Care.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
• Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
• Assist patient in daily activities.
• Take and record vitals.
• Provide caregiver relief.
