Job summary
Advantage Nursing Services is seeking home care nurses for day shifts in Kewanee, IL. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available immediately.
Responsibilities include 1 on 1 patient care, following care plans, monitoring vitals, and assisting with daily activities. Active IL nursing license and CPR certification are required. Salary ranges from $30 to $35 per hour.
Qualifications
- Active IL nursing license is required
- Current CPR certification is required
- Experience with home health care is not required
Responsibilities
- Provide 1 on 1 patient care in home setting
- Follow physician care plans and document progress
- Monitor patient condition and maintain charts
- Assist patients with daily activities and mobility
- Record vitals accurately and timely
- Provide caregiver relief as needed

- Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist patient in daily activities.

- Active IL NURSING LICENSE
- Current CPR Certification
Salary: $30 - $35 per hour
