Advantage Nursing Services is seeking Homecare Nurses to join our team in Urbana, IL for day and night shifts. We provide comprehensive in-home nursing care to children and adults, with a focus on compassionate, patient‑centered service.

Full-time, part-time, and PRN options are available immediately. Expect flexible schedules, weekly direct deposit pay, paid vacation, and health benefits, with 24/7 RN support to assist you on every shift.

Qualifications

• Active IL Nursing License required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience in home care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 patient care in the home according to physicians' care plans.
• Monitor patient condition and document vitals and progress.
• Assist patients with daily activities and ensure safety.
• Maintain patient charts and coordinate with care team.
