CareerNerds, LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Casper, Wyoming home health team on a PRN basis. You will provide high-quality patient care to seniors in their homes, helping them stay independent and comfortable.

This role requires an active Wyoming RN license, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and reliable transportation. You’ll collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to create personalized care plans and monitor patient outcomes.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, assessments, and care plans.

Job Summary

We are seeking a full time compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team in Casper, WY. As a PRN RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to seniors in their homes, allowing them to receive the care they need in the comfort of their own surroundings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to seniors in their homes, assessing their physical, emotional, and social needs

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Wyoming
• Minimum of 0 years of experiencein home care or a related setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation(mileage reimbursed)
