Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team in Casper, WY on a PRN/per diem basis.

The RN will provide skilled nursing care to seniors in their homes and help them live independently with dignity. This role requires a Wyoming RN license, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current Wyoming RN license.
• 0 years of experience in home care or related setting; new graduates welcome.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled nursing care to seniors in their homes, assessing physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, assessments, and care plans.

Job Summary

We are seeking a full time compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team in Casper, WY. As a PRN RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to seniors in their homes, allowing them to receive the care they need in the comfort of their own surroundings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to seniors in their homes, assessing their physical, emotional, and social needs
