Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team in Casper, WY.

This full-time role provides in-home skilled nursing care to seniors, assessments, and coordination with families and the care team to improve quality of life in the comfort of their homes. The RN will administer medications, educate patients and families on disease management, and collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Wyoming (Wyoming RN licensure)

Job Summary

We are seeking a full time compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team in Casper, WY. As a PRN RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to seniors in their homes, allowing them to receive the care they need in the comfort of their own surroundings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to seniors in their homes, assessing their physical, emotional, and social needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Wyoming
• Minimum of 0 years of experiencein home care or a related setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation(mileage reimbursed)
