Job summary

Granite Rehabilitation and Wellness in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage nursing care delivery to residents, supervise other staff, follow the plan of care and perform general nursing duties. The position requires graduate of an accredited nursing program and current Wyoming licensure.
