Pay: $37.00 – $41.00 per hour based on experience

As a Registered Nurse on 2nd shift, you will be a cornerstone of our residents’ care, combining clinical excellence with genuine compassion to support their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Closely monitor residents’ conditions and promptly communicate significant changes to physicians and the care team
Provide leadership and support to LPNs and CNAs, fostering a positive and effective team environment
Maintain thorough, timely, and accurate documentation in compliance with all regulations
Partner with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, therapists, social workers, and more) to deliver coordinated, holistic care
Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies with calm, competent interventions
Educate residents and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and wellness strategies
Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or a similar setting preferred
Strong clinical assessment skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
Passion for geriatric care and a genuine desire to improve residents’ lives
Current CPR/BLS certification
