Masonic Village Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Burlington, NJ, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, part-time, and per-diem roles. Shifts available 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, and 11 PM–7 AM with daily pay options.

Compensation ranges from $33 to $42 per hour, all-inclusive, with benefits and growth opportunities. Join a compassionate team in a 121-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility dedicated to resident dignity and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with the physician’s plan and the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
