Job summary

Pensacola-Nursing-and-Rehabilitation-Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis for 7a-7p shifts. The RN will supervise nursing staff, oversee daily activities, and ensure care aligns with professional standards and regulations.

The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to standards, and collaboration with the Director of Nursing to maintain high-quality resident care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of management experience (preferred).
• One year of experience in geriatrics or subacute care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to identify and resolve concerns.
• Identify problems or potential issues in resident care and implement corrective action.
• Provide written and verbal reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Assist in coordinating nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; additional languages helpful
