Qualifications

• Current and active Indiana RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Nursing Home experience preferred, but not required.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and medical records.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Respond to resident and family concerns with professionalism and compassion.
